I bring more than 24 years of engineering experience with focus on Fabrication, Structural- and Mechanical Engineering. With deeply acquired expertise in designing, managing and operational functions, I’m an all-round Engineer with leadership, synergic, team-player, creativity, problem-solving and pragmatic skills.

For the past 9 years, in an engineering and managing role at Seaway7, I’ve led multi-stakeholder engineering and fabrication projects under challenging circumstances and tight deadlines, and ensured performance and delivery at the highest level.

In this function, I’ve work successfully with office teams across Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Health, Safety Environment & Quality, Technical Department, Operations Department -staff while also cultivating good relationships with Vessel Crew, Subcontractors, Certifying Authorities, Warranty Surveyors, and End-Clients.

Through my work, I ensure project delivery within time and budget, minimization of potential rework, compliance with project requirements, applicable standards and high-quality demands.

    Responsible for the modification of a high-end subsea template structure for the positioning and driving of foundation piles. The Pile Installation Frame (PIF) will be deployed as preparation of installing wind turbine foundation jacket structures for an offshore windfarm project in the Taiwan Strait.
    Project performed in cooperation with Hollandia Infra, Seatools, Fluiconnecto, WDH and Fugro Survey.
